Employing a systematic approach, a literature search was executed across Ovid MEDLINE, EMBASE, and the Cochrane Library, examining the entire body of work published from January 1990 to January 2021. Investigations focusing on the ultimate best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) resulting from initial T/I or PPV procedures in infectious endophthalmitis cases stemming from cataract surgery were considered in the analysis. The risk of bias was evaluated by employing Cochrane's Risk of Bias in Non-Randomized Studies of Interventions (ROBINS-I), and the certainty of the evidence was determined using GRADE criteria. Algal community structure plays a critical role in the success of any aquatic management strategy. However, the multifaceted environmental and biological processes hinder the development of accurate models. In order to address this challenge, we explored the application of random forests (RF) to forecast phytoplankton community shifts in response to multiple environmental influences, encompassing physical, chemical, hydrological, and meteorological elements. Algal communities, categorized into 13 major classes and demonstrating high predictive power (Bray-Curtis dissimilarity = 92.70%, validation NRMSE mostly 0.05) according to RF models, were the most influential factors in controlling phytoplankton. Lastly, the algal community's interactive stress response was ascertained by the RF models through thorough ecological analysis. According to the results of the interpretation, the interplay of environmental elements, including temperature, lake inflow, and nutrient levels, strongly affects the shifts within the algal community.
